Delivery methods and costs

All products shipped by Athos Gioielli are carefully packaged, protected and insured. Insurance costs are free for all items.

A receipt is issued for each order placed on www.athosgioielli.it. If you need an invoice, instead of a receipt, the data must be entered during the order execution phase. It will not be possible to make any changes to the invoice once it has been issued.

Packaging and handling costs are borne by Athos Gioielli, excluding any transport costs, when explicitly shown at the time of the order. No responsibility can be attributed to Athos Gioielli in the event of a delay in delivery as the causes (strikes or bad weather) are beyond our control.

From the moment the order is placed and we ship the item, the package cannot be rejected except in the case of tampering or suspicion of damage to the contents caused by an alteration of the package.

Once the goods are delivered by the courier, you are required to check that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document, that the package has not been tampered with and that it is intact and not damaged or altered, including the closing materials. (e.g. adhesive tape).

If upon delivery of the package you notice tampering (with the packaging or contents) you will have to reject the delivery and contact Athos Gioielli promptly. In the event that the package had been tampered with and, upon delivery, this had not been reported to the courier, you assume the risk, consequently freeing the courier and the Athos Gioielli company from any burden and responsibility.

In these cases we are not responsible for damage and/or theft; so we advise you to be careful when delivering. In these cases, the collection must be contested by placing a written control reservation (specifying the reason for the reservation, e.g. tampered packaging) on the courier’s proof of delivery.

Since the package has been accepted you will have to check and possibly report any problems regarding the integrity of the object and that everything corresponds to what is indicated in the technical sheet of the website www.athosgioielli.it within 3 days of acceptance of the package, via e-mail .
